Amber H.

Hi my name is Amber Highbaugh.  I attended Centri-Break in Panama City Beach during April 1-5.  It has changed my life forever.  I have just gotten back from there and words can't even describe the awesome power that God showed that very week.  Right now I am crying because I know that my life will never be the same.  Jon preached there at Endless Summer.  He will make you really think about things.  I know he did to me and to the other 600 people that surrounded me that week.  He makes you laugh while he is being serious about the word of God.  My testimony begins here.  My dad was a preacher to a small community church.  I guess you would call us the perfect little family.  We went to church every Sunday and every Thursday.  Then my father was killed in a tornado.  My family was included in the tornado.  My grandma stayed with us to get back on our feet.  Then all of a sudden things went downhill.  Me, my mom, and my brother would fight constantly.  Some nights I would lay in my bed and cry myself to sleep, knowing that when I wake up in the morning we would start fighting all over again.  We stopped going to church.  Things kept getting worse and worse.  (more)
