Hey! I'm Allison Daniel and I came to CentriBreak in Panama City, Florida. I came with North Side Baptist Church. I just wanted to tell you what all I have gone through in my life so that if others have the same problems, they might could learn from me.

Ever since I started school in 4 year old program, I have had anxieties about new things and just fearing everything. I went to a lot of therapists and counselors. They didn't really help. In the 7th grade I started to run track at a high school which was a huge step for me! Before every track meet I would cry and cry. I just had panic attacks. I found out that I had talent in running and I made it to Upper State. In Upper State, I couldn't run because I had the biggest panic attack in my life. I would scream and cry. I was terrified to get out on the track. I ended up not being able to run in Upper State. (more)
